Yes, we have a dedicated logistics manager who will book in the shipping container and deal with all relevant admin
What quantities do you ship in?

We typically use a 40HC shipping container, however other shipment sizes are possible. We work with the customer to ascertain the quantities required and create a bespoke order based on your requirements.
Where can I get the forage products delivered to? Port Side or my premises?

We can arrange various shipping locations depending on our client's specification, the most common is delivery to port side in your country, however if required we can arrange delivery the whole of the way to your premises.
What shipping documents are needed for my country?

Shipping documents required will vary from country to country. Our logistics manager Junaid, will be able to advise on what documents are needed and complete the documentation on your behalf. A freight forwarder will be required in your country which we are on hand to assist with.
How long does International Shipping take?

The majority of international shipments are typically around 14-28 days transit time. This will be accurately confirmed for you at the time of order.

In transit, our products are wrapped in black to avoid damage from the sunlight. We work closely with our shipping companies to ensure the product is treated with the utmost care to avoid any damages in transit.

How should I store M&T Haylage products?

Our wrapped haylage and hay products can be stored outside, while our strapped products require inside storage. Ideally, when storing M&T products, ensure that packaging is regularly checked for damage and stored in a situation that minimises this risk. Any damage to packaging which may compromise the seal can lead to spoilage of the product. Where good storage conditions allow, these products can easily be stored for 12 months.
